Note: Web Consultancy Group Ltd (company number 07924238) has been renamed to Web Consultancy Ltd and all ordinary shares are owned by Visibility Group Ltd (company number 08887771), all Visibility Group Ltd ordinary shares are owned by Stephen Hall who used to own all ordinary shares of DLH Web Consultancy Ltd (company number 07924238: closed) and Web Consultancy Ltd: accurate February 2020.

Web Consultancy Group don’t want to randomly cold call UK businesses, because we all know how annoying that is, but they don’t know how annoying unsolicited SPAM emails are!

I received the SPAM email from Web Consultancy Group Ltd from Mark Waller on Thursday, 4th May 2017. Accurate in May 2017.

Below is the full unsolicited SPAM email from Web Consultancy Group including all headers (nothing removed) I received in May 2017. If you have the knowledge to understand this, you’ll agree it’s an unsolicited SPAM email probably sent via the Interspire Email Marketing Software (note the unsubscribe link URL) which can send thousands of emails per campaign.

Mark Waller seems to recognise what he and Web Consultancy Group Ltd is doing is wrong when he wrote:

A cold email is an unsolicited email, Mark Waller has acknowledged I did NOT give my permission for Mark Waller or Web Consultancy Group Ltd to send me marketing emails, this was an unsolicited email.

I have no past business dealings with Web Consultancy Group Ltd (I’ve never been their customer/client), I have never agreed to be on their email SPAM list.

Update May 2017 : This SPAM email was sent from the business Web Consultancy Group Ltd (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07924238) located at 21 Gosford St, Middlesbrough, TS2 1BB.
