The meta description tag has no DIRECT SEO value, whether you add one or not will have no impact on the actual position a webpage ranks. Since they have no direct SEO benefit there’s nothing to be gained from keyword stuffing them!

Use the meta description tag as an advert, create something search engine users will be enticed to click/tap so they visit your page 1st even if it’s not ranked number 1 in Google. The meta description tag is basically ad copy Google MIGHT use for a webpages SERPs.
